LSI Talent Management is a small boutique management company. Having been in the industry since childhood, Carol knows the ins and outs of the business on every level. She can therefore nurture her talent and help both the young actors and their parents to navigate the complexities of the industry. 

Carol has built up relationships with Casting Directors and production companies in UK, US and Canada and that ensures her clients are marketed to the right people and the given the opportunities to showcase their talent. 

All clients are seen as unique and promoted in that way. It is about building sustainable careers that have longevity. Carol recently partnered in Los Angeles with Cinda Snow of Snow Management to create an even bigger platform in Hollywood for their talent.
